The Union law Ministry today announced that Justice B Radhakrishnan as the new Chief justice of Telangana High court. In view of the Court division the appointment made on. And Justice Raghavendra singh chouhan and Justice V Ramasubramanian will be continued as Justices.
Justice Radhakrishnan was born on 29 April, 1959 and completed his education from St. Joseph’s Convent and Government Boys High School in Kollam of Karnataka state. Later he had his graduation in Law from Kolar Gold Fields Law College. He began practicing Law in 1983 in Trivandrum. After having gained a reputation as a civil lawyer, Radhakrishnan was on two occasions appointed as the temporary Chief Justice of Kerala High Court.
On 18 March, 2017, he was appointed as the Chief Justice of Chattisgarh. Later, in July this year, he was appointed as the Chief Justice of the Hyderabad High Court. And now after the decision of separate High court to Andhra Pradesh he was appointed as New Chief Justice for Telangana High court.
